Dylan R.F. McGurk is an experienced trial attorney who joined Negretti & Associates after working three and a half years at one of the biggest personal injury law firms in the state of Arizona. With his knowledge and experience in personal injury, both as an attorney, and as an accident victim in several significant motor vehicle crashes over his lifetime, Dylan is someone you want on your side. His experience is met with unrivaled passion for his work in personal injury, which allows him the opportunity to fight for fair compensation from insurance companies. Fighting for “the little man” by providing a voice for those who don’t necessarily have one is Dylan’s ultimate motivation. This strong motivation, coupled with his experience in personal injury, makes him a powerhouse attorney. As such, Dylan’s responsibilities at Negretti & Associates include leading all litigation efforts.
Dylan’s journey to his career in law began at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO where he graduated on the Dean’s list with his undergraduate degree in Psychology. From there Dylan went on to the Phoenix School of Law where he obtained his law degree. His academic achievements are notable, including being selected as an Honor Court Student Defense Counselor, and receiving a CALI Award for earning the highest grade in class.
Born and raised in the great state of CO, Dylan grew up Alpine Ski Racing where his internal fight and competitive nature developed. This was far from a “casual hobby” for Dylan, as his skill and his drive early in his career allowed him the opportunity to race on the same “stage” with such all-time greats such as Lindsey Vonn. As an elite athlete, one of his proudest accomplishments is competing athletically at such a high level at the Junior Olympics. While Dylan’s passion and responsibilities in his profession no longer afford him the opportunity to compete at a competitive level, he still enjoys the outdoors when he is away from the office. Both school and his career moved him from Colorado to Arizona where he currently resides. Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and playing hockey whenever he has the opportunity.
