A native New Yorker, Kaivan Mangouri attended Arizona State University, where he studied business journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Kaivan worked with several Phoenix-based news outlets during his time at Arizona State, giving him an understanding of the local business and legal community. Upon graduation, he moved back to New York and attended Albany Law School in the state capital. Kaivan’s work and training have taken him from counseling underserved populations with several legal aid clinics to practicing real estate and estate planning. Kaivan is admitted to practice in Arizona and New York. He enjoys spending his free time with his large extended family and exploring Arizona’s great outdoors.
Carissa was raised in Pennsylvania, but spent most of her adult life in Maryland and recently relocated to California. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park where she was a National Champion and two-time NCAA All American in field hockey. Carissa received her juris doctorate in 2009 from the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and U.S. Federal Court. As an attorney, Carissa has held positions as a judicial law clerk, worked as a defense attorney in private practice, and as a prosecutor for the State’s Attorney’s Office for Prince George’s County. In addition to her legal career, Carissa plays and coaches club field hockey, competes in triathlons, and is an avid lover of the outdoors. She was also a member of the 2003-2004 USA National Field Hockey Team.
Stephanie is a native Phoenician having been born and raised in Arizona. Stephanie graduated from Corona del Sol High School making her an Aztec for life. She has always had an interest in the legal field and at one point considered law enforcement. Instead, she ended up pursuing a career as a paralegal. She obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rio Salado College. Stephanie has gained valuable experience in the legal profession through her work as a paralegal. At Negretti & Associates, she assists the attorneys across all aspects of practice. When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her children.
Aaray, a true Arizona native, was born and raised in Scottsdale. She graduated from Chaparral High School and later from EVIT where she obtained a aesthetician license in skin care. Aaray worked in property management, overseeing the operations of several large properties, and later excelled in the healthcare field in patient care coordination. When Aaray is not taking care of our clients needs, she enjoys adventuring up north, kayaking, training for half-marathons and spending time with her friends and family. Aaray also serves as the chair of the non-profit initiative committee for Negretti & Associates. Aaray has traveled to Costa Rica and teamed up with Costas Verdes, an organization dedicated to reforesting the coasts of Costa Rica.
Rachel, a native of Oregon, received her bachelor’s degrees from the University of Arizona in English and Arizona State University in Marketing. Before making the Valley of the Sun her permanent home, Rachel had the opportunity to live and work in Italy and New York City. In Arizona, Rachel spent many years working in the real estate investment industry. In 2014, she received her juris doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School and graduated cum laude. As a law student and attorney, Rachel held positions at a private defense firm and a nonprofit charity, which provided legal assistance to families of victims killed by domestic violence. She is admitted to practice in Arizona. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors exploring Arizona with her English Mastiff and traveling with her husband and son. She also played collegiate soccer, was named Second Team All-Northwest Conference and was part of a team mentored by the great Clive Charles.
Rosalva was born and raised in Arizona, in what used to be considered the West Valley. She is one of seven children. She attended Alhambra High School and formed part of the National Honor Society and played volleyball and basketball. Rosalva is the first in her family to attend college, graduating from Arizona State University in 2014 with a degree in Justice Studies. She started working in the legal field as a receptionist in the early 2000s, benefiting from the work experience and gaining valuable skills that now help her in her work as a paralegal. When she isn’t glued to a computer screen working away, she enjoys traveling to new places, and spending time with her husband, son and rest of her extended family.
Born and raised in the great state of CO, C.J. is a lifelong native. From sports, to academics, career and fitness she is passionate about what she does. She was 2x High School Varsity soccer captain, graduated as her 5A high school’s Valedictorian (2003) then went on to college where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BS in Accounting (2006). After working briefly in corporate Accounting CJ decided to pursue her true passion of fitness; and made an early career switch working as Assistant Gym Director at The Little Gym of Colorado Springs. Following The Little Gym, she worked in Sales and Bookkeeping before pursuing everything fitness. In 2010 she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and started independently personal training; at the same time she pursued fitness modeling and earned her Pro card with the WBFF (World Beauty Fitness and Fashion) in April 2011.
