Taylor is a part-time Law Clerk at Negretti & Associates, performing a variety of tasks for both the litigation and pre-litigation teams. He is also a full-time student and Teaching Assistant at ASU Law School, as well as an Associate Editor for ASU’s Law Journal for Social Justice.
Taylor is interested in personal injury law, because he has close relatives who have been injured on the road and at work. He wants to do his part to create a safer and more just society for his two young children by ensuring that everyone who is injured by someone else’s negligence can be compensated.
Taylor grew up in northern Indiana before deciding to make the trek to the West. Three years later, he graduated as Valedictorian from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah with a degree in Communication.
In his spare time, Taylor enjoys playing baseball and going to games with his wife and kids. He is halfway toward his goal of seeing every MLB team. He also enjoys hiking and reading epic fantasy series. And, ultimately, his dream is to someday open his own concert venue.
Question: If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
I would be a fox because it is my spirit animal (and Patronus).
Question: If you were a crayon color, what color would you be and why?
I would be green, because it reminds me of nature, or at least it did before I moved to the desert.
Question: If a penguin were to walk through your door wearing a sombrero, what would be your first thought?
“Is this our new mascot? I shall call him Pedro, the Personal Injury Penguin.”
