Brian Yee

Law Clerk

Since 2018

Brian is extremely personable and down-to-earth. He enjoys working in personal injury as it gives him the opportunity to obtain tangible, meaningful results for people who have been wrongfully injured and need help. By working hard to provide legal research, in addition to drafting various motions and demand letters, Brian has a crucial part in obtaining fair settlements; and most importantly, helps clients get their lives back. As an all-around stand-up guy, Brian is most proud of the friendships he considers “lucky enough to gain” throughout the years. His main motivation is posterity – the future family and kids he does not yet have.

Brian graduated with a double major in Political Science/History from UC Irvine, before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. After obtaining his J.D., Brian went back to his roots to the much milder climate of Orange County, where he grew up. So if he’s not busy providing invaluable legal assistance, you will most find him outdoors, in true California style – hiking the beautiful terrain, surfing, and going to music festivals. He is also an athlete, playing both lacrosse and golf, and of course, enjoys watching sports as well.  While he is an easy-going, fun-loving guy, he’s a serious Lebron fan, so forewarning, he “wouldn’t suggest starting the Michael Jordan/Lebron G.O.A.T (greatest of all-time) debate with me.”

Question: If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?

Brian’s genuine, very smart answer is that he’d like to be a panda, because their days consist of sleeping and eating. Although a panda would be nice, he mentioned his more appropriate answer would be a hawk, as they’re “pretty majestic, and also less cliché than an eagle.”

Question: If you were a crayon color, what color would you be and why?

As a crayon, Brian would be the color blue, as it’s both elegant and relatable.

Question: If a penguin were to walk through your door wearing a sombrero, what would be your first thought?

I would have a lot of questions.

Negretti & Associates as described by Brian:  A friendly bunch of hard-working and forward-thinking personal injury professionals.
